Volvo XC40 Recharge Single Booking Kickstarts in India, Price Starts at Rs 54.95 lakh
Ever since the Volvo XC40 Recharge Single made an official entry into the Indian market, it has received a positive response from customers, all thanks to its design and bold road appearance.
Now, the company has started taking bookings for the same, allowing the customers to reserve the EV by paying a fully refundable token amount of Rs 1 lakh.
Launched with a price tag of Rs 54.95 lakh (ex-showroom), the XC40 Recharge Single can be reserved by visiting the company’s authorized showroom. To make it more convenient for the customers, the vehicle also can be booked online via Volvo’s official website in India.
Power Figures
Under the hood, the XC40 Recharge Single comes with a 69 kWh battery setup, which offers an impressive range of 475 on full top-up. It is equipped with an electric motor, which allows it to churn out a maximum power of 236 bhp and a peak torque of 420 Nm. It has been claimed by the brand that the EV is capable of doing 0-100 km/h sprint in just 7.3 seconds, and is loaded with a top speed of 180 km/h.
Another Variant
The company has also offered e-SUV in dual-motor configurations as well, allowing customers to choose from two trims. This one is powered by a heavier battery pack of 79 kWh. It provides a maximum range of 418 km on a single charge. In terms of power, it is capable of churning out 402 bhp and a robust torque of 660 Nm.
Top Speed
It takes only 4.9 seconds to go from 0 kmph to 100 kmph in 4.9 seconds, giving tough competition to similar segment competitors.
